		<description>I think that it is unfair that a land owner has to be in ag-exempt first before applying for a wildlife exemption.Most of the sales of rural property ranchetts in the populated part of Texas in recent years don&#039;t to raise livestock. But we do want to protect the land for future generations.</description>
