The owner of TexasWildlifeGuy.com (Gregg Collum), is a proud member of the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) and was in the United States Air Force. My passion is to empower YOU, the Texas landowner, to become a better steward of your land and wildlife.

I work with many Texas wildlife biologists and teach Texas Realtors® and associated sales persons selling real estate a four hour mandatory continuing education course on “wildlife management tax valuation.” The course addresses different aspects of the Texas Property Tax Code relating to Wildlife Management Tax Valuation.
Having worked in the conservation field has given us the necessary tools and knowledge to help you, the Texas landowner, make a transition to Wildlife Management Tax Valuation.
